Problem 1: GPS is unstable

Walls, metal structures, or dense buildings can significantly weaken GPS satellite signals. If GPS signals are lost, the location is corrected via cellular/Wi-Fi.
Solution:
Check your SIM card settings and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Our watch uses triple positioning (GPS+LBS+WiFi) with an accuracy of ≤15 meters (outdoors).
Problem 2: Short battery life
Cause:
To ensure children can play safely, the watch’s functions consume a relatively large amount of electricity.
Solution:
